INDEPENDENCE · DISCLOSURES
Independence and disclosures
Reviewed 27 September 2026. These rules apply to every review I publish, including the onchain infrastructure reviews done under the review method.
Independence is what makes a review worth reading. These are the rules I hold myself to, stated plainly so you can hold me to them as well.
What I commit to
- Positions are disclosed up front. Any position I hold in something I review is listed at the top of that review, not in a footnote.
- A no-trade window. I don't trade a reviewed asset from the start of research until 30 days after publication.
- Commissioned work is labelled. Commissioned work is labelled as commissioned and never presented as independent.
- A right to correct facts. The subject of a review gets five working days to correct facts before publication. They can't change conclusions.
- Corrections are public. Corrections are logged publicly in the feed (RSS).
- Not investment advice. Nothing here is investment advice.
I don't list specific holdings on this page. Where a holding is relevant, it is disclosed at the top of the review it affects.
If you want to know how a review is actually put together, the method is written up separately.
