Legal & privacy
Business identity
Required disclosure for commercial websites under the EU e-Commerce Directive as implemented in Sweden (Lag om elektronisk handel).
Note: as a sole trader, the business is registered under Leighton's personal identity number (personnummer) with Skatteverket rather than as a separate legal entity with Bolagsverket. The personnummer itself should never appear on the public site — only the VAT number (if disclosed) or business contact details.
Privacy policy
This site collects very little, and it's worth stating that plainly rather than pasting in a generic policy that doesn't match reality.
- No cookies, and no tracking scripts — the site sets no cookies of any kind, uses no advertising pixels, and loads nothing from a third party into your browser.
- Request counting happens on the server — the page address you requested, the response status, the host of the site that linked you (not the full URL), and the two-letter country code Cloudflare derives from your connection. No IP address, no user-agent string, no identifier, nothing that persists between visits and nothing that can be tied back to a person. It exists to answer "is anyone reading the guides", and it cannot answer "who".
- The contact form — what you type into it (name, email, organisation if you give one, subject and message) is sent to a Cloudflare Worker on this domain, emailed to me, and kept as a backup copy for 90 days in case the email fails, then deleted automatically. It is used to reply to you and nothing else: no mailing list, no CRM, no sharing. The email links elsewhere on the site still open your own mail client and store nothing here.
- Spam protection without a third party — the form uses a hidden decoy field and a per-sender limit. Your IP address is used to enforce that limit as a one-way hash that expires within the hour, and is never stored in readable form.
- The scope-check tool runs entirely in your browser — your answers aren't sent anywhere, saved, or seen by Indura Labs.
- If you email contact@induralabs.se, that message and any reply are handled the same way as any personal correspondence — kept only as long as needed to deal with your enquiry, not added to a mailing list unless you separately opt in.
If that changes — for example, if a contact form, newsletter signup, or analytics tool is added later — this page will be updated to reflect it before that feature goes live, not after.
Cookies
None are set by this site. If that changes, this section will list what's used and why, and a consent mechanism will be added where required.
Governing law
This site and Indura Labs' business activities are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes arising from use of this site fall under the jurisdiction of Östersunds tingsrätt (Östersund District Court), the district court for the municipality where the business is domiciled.
This clause covers the website and general business activity — individual client contracts (for example, consulting agreements) may carry their own governing-law terms agreed separately.
